Why you should sell them what they asked for first, innovate after.
You might have a lot of great ideas, but when people have a job for you, they sometimes have a specific vision in mind that they just need somebody to deliver on. Don't lose the opportunity to close the deal by trying to sell them something they didn't ask for. Make the deal, then work to persuade them on your potential new approach.⠀
