Will Lucas
Ideas first. Businesses as proof.
People usually come here to understand how I think: about entrepreneurship, Black wealth, media, place, ownership, and why the work I choose keeps pulling me back to Toledo and out into the world.

How I think
The portfolio is a record of the questions I keep following.
Build from conviction.
The businesses only make sense when the thesis is clear: who should have more power, more access, more room, and more ownership.
Stay close to the work.
I care about ideas that survive contact with operators, customers, audiences, buildings, payroll, and the city outside the window.
Make culture useful.
Media, hospitality, technology, and real estate all become more interesting when they help people gather, learn, trade, and belong.

A few videos, chosen on purpose.
A small shelf for the clips that give people another way into the way I think, build, and talk through the work.

Businesses, platforms, rooms, and civic work.
These are the places where the ideas get tested: in public, with teams, audiences, customers, partners, and the city.
